WHAT IS MASS SAVE?
Mass Save is a collaborative of gas and electric utilities and energy efficiency service providers, designed to help homeowners and businesses make energy saving upgrades to their property. Currently, Mass Save is offering rebates and incentives which allow owners of a primary residence, vacation home, or rental property to make their homes more energy efficient while saving money.
Rebates are available for a wide range of energy efficiency services, including heating and cooling upgrades, water heater upgrades, home insulation, new energy efficient appliances, and energy saving lighting and power strips.
HOW MUCH CAN I SAVE WITH MASS SAVE?
How much you save depends on which upgrades you complete in your home. Through Mass Save, you can qualify for a free home energy audit — which will help you determine which upgrades your home needs.
Typically, air sealing and insulation are two of the first energy saving improvements recommended for homes here in Massachusetts. Together, these two upgrades will keep valuable heat inside your house during the winter and unwanted heat out during the summer.
Rebates and incentives are currently available for 100% of the air sealing work done on your home, with no maximum limit. Recommended insulation and ventilation work also come with rebates and incentives of up to 75% with no maximum limit. You must have a free home energy audit completed on your home first to receive any incentives or rebates.
START SAVING WITH CAPE COD INSULATION

Michael will spend a few minutes explaining the program so you can understand the full benefits, and then spend a few minutes more signing you up for a Free Home Energy Audit with Cape Light Compact. As a customer of Cape Cod Insulation, you’ll become a priority client, expediting the energy audit and installation process from a few months to only a few weeks.
Once you’ve become a priority client, your auditor will call you within a few days to schedule your home energy audit. Then, at your audit, your auditor will assess your home’s overall energy efficiency and make tailored recommendations for your home. You’ll receive a Home Energy Action Plan which contains all of the details of any recommended upgrades.
With your Home Energy Action Plan in hand, the Cape Cod Insulation team will complete the recommended home improvements, all while working around your schedule.
